Payments solutions for EU low-risk merchants.
BazPay bundles acceptance, recurring billing, payouts, fraud controls and reporting on one platform. Instead of stitching five vendors together, you configure one solution around your business model and go live.
Built for EU e-commerce sellers, subscription software firms, online retail chains and professional-services businesses. Direct acquiring on our own licence, interchange++ reporting and SEPA settlement into your own IBAN.
Why choose a bundled payment solutions provider
Four things stay true whether you take a hundred euros a day or several million. They are the reasons product, engineering and finance teams stay with one platform after boarding is done.
-
Bundled, not stitched
Acceptance, billing, payouts, fraud controls and reporting ship together on one platform. You do not integrate five vendors, reconcile five ledgers or maintain five webhook handlers.
-
Configured per business model
The default policy set — SCA behaviour, exemption logic, retry rules, payout cadence — is tuned to your merchant profile at boarding. Adjust from the dashboard as your book grows.
-
One reporting surface
Interchange++ line detail on every settled transaction, refund and chargeback. Finance teams reconcile against the source, not against a blended rate on a vendor summary.
-
Predictable EU underwriting
Direct EU acquiring for low-risk merchants. No aggregated MID, no reseller layer, no black-box risk decisions from an unseen partner.
Solution bundles by business type
Four bundles share the same underlying platform. Each one turns different features on by default and ships a policy set tuned to that merchant profile.

E-commerce
Card payment solutions for storefronts
Hosted card fields plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and EU local payment methods on one integration. Maintained plugins cover WooCommerce, Magento 2, PrestaShop and Shopware, so a storefront goes live in days.
- Hosted checkout
- APMs
- 3-D Secure 2.2
- Fraud rules
-
Subscription
Billing solutions for SaaS
Card-on-file, network-tokenised renewals, MIT exemptions and dunning-aware retries. Recurring billing sits alongside acceptance under the same API and dashboard.
- Card-on-file
- Dunning
- MIT exemptions
-
Retail
Merchant solutions for retail
Payment solutions for retail chains selling online: uniform reporting per SKU, per outlet and per region. Payouts land into one EU IBAN even when you sell across several storefronts.
- Per-store IDs
- SKU reporting
- Chargeback tools
-
Services
Solutions for professional services
Higher-ticket invoices, named-payer trust lists, enforced 3-D Secure 2 over a threshold you set, and reporting that lines up with your accounting system.
- Invoicing
- Named payers
- Higher tickets
Payment-method depth on card and APM processing. The acquiring contract itself on merchant acquiring. The unified software layer behind every rail on the network payment gateway page.
From first call to live payments
Six stages sit between discovery and steady-state operations. Each stage is trackable in the dashboard and each stage change fires a signed webhook.
-
Discovery
Share your business model, volumes, markets and existing stack. A payments specialist maps the solution bundle before boarding starts.
-
Underwriting
KYC and low-risk merchant review. Documents, ownership and revenue model reviewed against the underwriting policy for your vertical.
-
Provision
Named MID with the schemes, sandbox and live API credentials, dashboard access for your product, engineering and finance teams.
-
Integrate
One REST endpoint, one webhook signing secret and hosted fields for the checkout. Existing plugins cover the four common EU commerce stacks.
-
Go live
Test with sandbox, replay decline paths, then flip the API key. Real-time analytics show approval quality from the first hour.
-
Iterate
Tune fraud rules, retry cadence and payout schedule from the dashboard. Rule changes apply to the next order — no engineering release.
Bundled solution vs stitched vendors
Buying acceptance, billing, fraud and payouts as separate products keeps every vendor focused on one thing — but it multiplies the integration and reconciliation load on your side. The comparison below explains where a bundled payment solutions provider earns its keep.
| Dimension | BazPay (bundled) | Stitched vendor stack |
|---|---|---|
| Integration | One platform, one API | Stitched vendors per capability |
| MID structure | Named MID per merchant | Shared or aggregated MID |
| Fraud engine | Inline, dashboard-configurable | Bolt-on subscription |
| Recurring billing | Native to the platform | Separate biller with a card token |
| Reporting | Interchange++ line detail | Blended summary from each vendor |
| Onboarding | Named onboarding manager for your vertical | Self-serve, generic policies |
| Underwriting scope | EU low-risk merchants | Broad, includes high-risk |

Features in the merchant payment solutions bundle
Every capability below is available on the standard integration. Turn features on with a request flag or a dashboard toggle — no enterprise-tier gate on the primitives.
-
Acceptance
Card, wallet and EU local payment methods through one REST endpoint, on our own EU acquiring licence.
-
Recurring billing
Card-on-file, dunning-aware retries and MIT exemptions on renewals — recurring billing native to the platform.
-
Payouts
SEPA and SEPA Instant to your named IBAN. SWIFT and push-to-card available on approved corridors.
-
Fraud rule engine
Device, velocity and geography signals scored inline with allow, step-up, review and block verdicts you tune yourself.
-
Hosted checkout
Prebuilt hosted pages plus drop-in components — the fastest way to a compliant checkout that still fits your brand.
-
Signed webhooks
HMAC-signed, replay-protected events across acceptance, billing, payouts and disputes — one signature scheme end to end.
-
Interchange++ reporting
Every settled transaction breaks out interchange, scheme fees and gateway margin for finance-team reconciliation.
-
Real-time analytics
Approvals, declines, fraud verdicts and disputes visible within seconds — see what a rule change did before the next scheme cycle.
One API for acceptance, billing and payouts
The charge object is the unit of work. One endpoint authorises, captures and refunds. Subscriptions and payouts share the same signing secret, idempotency contract and webhook envelope, so your engineering team maintains one integration surface across every part of the solution.

Questions merchants ask first
What kind of payment solutions company is BazPay?
BazPay is a direct EU acquirer and payment gateway operated by NEWERA PAYMENT TECHNOLOGIES LTD. The platform bundles acceptance, recurring billing, payouts, fraud controls and reporting so a merchant does not have to integrate several payment solutions providers to get one working stack.
How do BazPay payment solutions differ from a standalone gateway?
A standalone gateway typically covers acceptance only, leaving billing, payouts, fraud and reporting to other vendors. BazPay ships those functions on one platform with one API, one dashboard and one signed-webhook stream — the integration and reconciliation surface is much smaller for your engineering and finance teams.
Which merchant profiles fit these online payment solutions?
EU low-risk merchants: e-commerce sellers, subscription software firms, retail chains selling online, professional-services businesses and digital publishers. BazPay does not board adult, gambling, CBD, nutraceutical, forex, CFD, crypto-exchange, debt-collection or MLM merchants.
Do you offer payment solutions for healthcare?
Only for the non-clinical, low-risk professional-services side — private clinics, therapists, dental practices and healthcare software billing consultations, memberships or subscriptions. BazPay is not a health care payment system for clinical or PHI-bearing workflows and does not process insurance claims or store patient health records. Merchants handling protected health data should consult their DPO on where BazPay fits in their broader compliance stack.
Are these payment solutions for retail suitable for multi-outlet businesses?
Yes. Retail chains selling online through several storefronts or brands can operate under one merchant contract with per-store identifiers so reporting stays clean per outlet, per SKU and per region. Payouts land in one EU IBAN. On-premise card-present terminals are not in scope — BazPay is an online payment gateway.
How flexible are the billing and payout options?
Recurring billing supports one-off, subscription and metered charges. Retry cadences, dunning windows and payout schedules are configured from the dashboard, so the same platform covers rigid enterprise policies and flexible payment solutions for small merchants without a code change.
Do you support a faster payment system for payouts?
For euro-denominated payouts inside SEPA, we settle via SEPA Instant on approved corridors, so funds arrive within seconds where both banks participate. Standard SEPA settles the same or next business day. SWIFT and push-to-card options are available on approved routes for specific corridors.
Does BazPay act as a merchant of record for MOR services?
No. BazPay is a payment gateway and EU acquirer, not a merchant of record. Your legal entity holds the merchant contract, appears on the shopper's statement and remains the counterparty to the sale. MOR services — collecting sales tax, remitting VAT or standing in as the seller — are outside BazPay's scope.
